    I had a great experience at the IIFL Ameerpet branch! I visited to activate my old Karvy account, and the entire process was handled so smoothly that it hardly felt like a formal procedure. The staff were very polite, professional, and took the time to explain each step clearly. What impressed me the most was their personal touch — they didn’t treat it like just another task. Mr. Naveen, my financial planner, guided me patiently and helped me restart my investment journey in a confident way. He also explained various investment opportunities and portfolio strategies that could help me plan my finances better. I also want to appreciate Mr. Manideep and the entire team for their excellent coordination and support. As a former ONGC employee, I felt truly valued and respected throughout the process.     We wanted to start investing but didn’t know how. We had some savings and were confused. So we went to the IIFL Ameerpet branch. Mr. Naveen and Mrs. Pooja explained things kindly. They told us about SIPs — a plan where you put a small amount of money every month. They showed how to be careful with risk and why doing it regularly is better than guessing the “best day.” In one week, we started our first SIP with their help. They picked funds that felt comfortable for us. After a few months, we enjoy the simple updates they send. Their whole team is friendly and professional. We are already adding a bit more every month.
